It's the same. There is just more snow in the "Vault 7" pic. But I think that by posting that Nazi vault and also referring it to "Vault 7", they point out it's not THESE vaults they are talking about, but something similar.
Yeah looks like the ice and snow just make it look different but Vault 7 could be the same type of Vault somewhere else. Can't find the Norwegian seed vault ever referred to as Vault 7
