I doubt these things can make you last multiple extra decades. But if you're rich, you'd spend a lot just to stretch your health out an extra year or two.
She does look ok. That's cosmetic, and the plastic guys are quite good at that. We don't know the status of her ovaries. She might be dependent upon external estrogen. Again, that's fairly routine stuff.... just money.
Some people having amazingly good teeth when they're 93. It doesn't mean that there was any tooth transplant from a sacrificed child. It just means that lots of money was spent.
