What the hell?! Why would IMDb shut down the boards? Because the majority of people aren't having a positive experience? That makes no sense, no one is forced to use the message boards, so surely the people who enjoy them use them, and those that don't, don't? It seems like a very very weird decision. The message boards are one of the best things! I really enjoy going to have a look at what people have said after watching a movie. What is this then, why would they do this? I doubt it has anything to do with JA, but could be to do with information being shared that people don't want out, like maybe stuff about the Hollywood pedos?
I have a feeling that because it is the number one place to discuss public figures. Alot of people will go to a specific persons page and post sources and information about their dirty deeds. They don't want that information out
theres one comment by a marc oliver tradler saying he knows JA personally and is 'definitey a pedophile'
but then he goes on to say "I wouldn't want my children anywhere near him and I'm no prude. I'm the biggest opponent of age of consent laws there is. Doesn't mean I accept a bad influence with an imbalance of power. "
"IMDb is the world's most popular and authoritative source for movie, TV and celebrity content. As part of our ongoing effort to continually evaluate and enhance the customer experience on IMDb, we have decided to disable IMDb's message boards on February 20, 2017. This includes the Private Message system. After in-depth discussion and examination, we have concluded that IMDb's message boards are no longer providing a positive, useful experience for the vast majority of our more than 250 million monthly users worldwide. The decision to retire a long-standing feature was made only after careful consideration and was based on data and traffic."

I think there will be a chain reaction. Podesta needs bullet ants to crawl up his ass.

This is what I thought would happen from the beginning; either Alefantis or Podesta would be thrown under the bus.

Even by pedo standards, DC is fucked up.

My guess is so that when Sessions and his team goes to make arrests, they can't use this site against the pedos.

By "this site", do you mean Voat or IMDB? I don't quite catch your meaning.
Edit: I get it now - this must be what you meant:

I don't recall seeing that on Wednesday. I could be wrong.

Woah woah woah, what should I be looking at?
Bitchybadger ago
I posted a link to his imdb on Wed. I do not recall seeing a message that imdb was suspending message boards. Read the messages on the board.

I also didn't notice the comment reply.
