Organ transplantation involving one of the Podesta's friends (pizzagate)

I probably skipped over this one initially, but after listening to George Webb regarding organ harvesting, this one may be significant. This email was forwarded from Tamera Luzzatto to the Podesta's regarding Pam Fleischaker. She had apparently just had heart #2 and a kidney transplant at the same time. I know nothing about the organ transplant process....is this odd for somebody to get 2 hearts and a kidney?

Pam Fleischaker has the medical condition hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The transplants of heart(s ), kidney are treatments that are necessary for some. http://columbiasurgery.org/stories/fleischaker-family-staying-active-hcm
