That's true. But, she had to raise money to pay for one half of the recount. That is a huge sum of money in each state. She was only able to raise enough money in states where she was able to raise money from HRC supporters. It's true that HRC supporters paid for the recount. The idea was to prove election fraud in a few states and get the ball rolling towards an audit of the entire election system. But you see how that panned out...
I remember facebook during the election in N.Y. voters started flooding pages weighing in on Her fraud, especially Hispanics for whom English isn't their first language. As they went in line to vote for Sanders they'd get moved into Clintons line up. Wasn't she concerned that investigating fraud might be risky in somehow exposing her own? Or had she completely funded the investigators to overlook that exposure and only focus on the dem-repub exposure? (I'm neither liberal nor conservative btw - but a hybrid fusion of libertarian with very conservative leaning values.)
