Reading the post on her previous tweets supporting Ben Swann, https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1617866, I checked Cynthia McKinney's Twitter account and she seems to be quite dedicated to the cause, writing a few hours ago:
Drain the swamp in Washington, D.C.! Arrest those pedophiles!
McKinney is a former Congresswoman and 2008 Presidential Candidate for the Green Party.

She also is connected to the George Webb YouTube documentary investigation on line right now. She called out Dyncorp (CIA) for child sex trafficking in 2003 while a member of congress. She did this to D. Rumsfeld face. Courage.
