Surprisingly, it is not Ghislaine Maxwell or her attorneys who are opposed to publishing selections of filed documents, but Virginia Roberts Giuffre through her attorneys at BOIES, SCHILLER & FLEXNER LLP. It is unclear what information the documents provide, but Alan Dershowitz - Jeffrey Epstein's close friend and attorney in Epstein's first case, who Giuffre also accused of being a sex offender of underage girls - requested the same documents revealed to the public. Dershowitz's motion was denied and this Response highlights Mike Cernovich close ties to Dershowitz as a basis to oppose Cernovich's motion as well.
I recommend reading the PDF because Cernovich is clearly tight with Alan Dershowitz - someone who definitely cannot be trusted.

Alan Dershowitz is a personal friend and attorney Jeffrey Epstein, a sex offender and rapist of underage girls. Dershowitz has been going after Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one Epstein's victims, because she has accused Dershowitz of engaging in Epstein's activities.
In this case, Giuffre is suing Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's madam, for defamation since Maxwell accused Giuffre of making up all her claims. For some reason, Dershowitz wants information released from this case, that Giuffre does not. It is unclear what the information is, but it may be personal to Giuffre or another Epstein victim. Either way, the judge denied Dershowitz's motion.
Enter now Mike Cernovich. Mike Cernovich is asking for the same information the alleged sex offender Dershowitz was asking for. Giuffre and her attorneys' still don't want the information released and filed the response showing Mike Cernovich's close ties to Dershowitz. Giuffre believes that this Cernovich is asking for the information to benefit Dershowitz under the pretense that he is only a journalist interested in the information.
When it comes to picking sides, I will always stand with the victim - particularly when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and co.'s victims.

OH MY GOD! What an absolute creep! I wonder if the new plaintiff's name is in there and they wanted to track her down to harass her to drop the case? Also, I know this is the lawyer for the new case, but did they represent Virginia Roberts in the original case?

Isn't Boies an old Clinton attorney...going back to his impeachment days?? EDIT: Nope...he worked to support Gore's fight in the 2000 election, but he is very connected to the Dem elite.
