The infographic is not very clear, but as far as I understood:

In the Podesta - Emails, there is an Email to Podesta about a "film project"; See here: https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/1459 (and to satisfy my paranoia: https://archive.is/uiFqE))

The hypothesis is that the film project is code for the assassination.

I know practically nothing about Scalia's death (except that the official version has been disputed), can anybody clear it up and explain whether Podesta had a motive?

This is an alternate to the the idea that scalia may have been a pedo and the theory that was published in VeteransToday that his own friends killed him for being compromised.

Edit: I have no personal knowledge, but the VT theory is more plausable simply because of the quick cremation and the super hush from the other ranch guests, they would have raised hell if an intruder came in and killed one of them.
