He is right about Google maps restricting the camera, i tried myself and them 3 wooden planks at the top window, it is a HOMEMADE fucking bar. Why??? Have burglars resorted to using brooms... There are no bars on the other windows underneath all though its difficult to tell with the windows being blacked out.
Pizza symbol being used with the word bliss ( slang for heavenly or in this case orgasmic) being used with 13 representing unlucky for some ( the children) this is not imagery of Halloween as some people are trying to state. It is an insight into there twisted set-up.

The top window has a piece of furniture with horizontal bars in front of it. The bars on not on the window. Window bars are outside the window (so it can be opened for air) and are vertical and used to keep children from falling out. Very common and required by law for apartments with young kids. This is not the case. There are no devil horns that I could see. sorry. Go call the cops, if you think there are pedos, do something.

You need to zoom in to see them properly. Why are you so aggressive with people, maybe a sign of frustration this is to close to home.
You can waste your time by trying to debunk this but as matter as fact your only debunking your self.
