He didn't say that aliens were real. He was saying that there is a group that claims that they are aliens. That is a big difference.

While he did say that he also said aliens are real. He said there are many groups of aliens some nice some bad some fake. It's weird. Maybe a smokescreen for the arrests upcoming.
