***PROOF ***- KTLA5 has changed their story from implicating DCF, to now a vague understanding of what actually happened and where these children were located while they were being prostituted and trafficked... The children were rescued from the GOVERNMENT RUN AGENCY - DCF - Department of Children and Families... Ongoing inquery into Tracy Bloom who is the author of the KTLA article that broke the story on February 1st 2017, and why she changed her story.

I have held the belief that children in the system are being trafficked both through the agency and fostered/adopted in homes with pedos where the state makes it very easy for these perverts to gain access to children. There are tons of stories that can be found that link CPS with trafficking and I'll just post a couple of links which show a connection.
