I highly doubt that that front page subscriber number TBH. I've seen other forums where this debate ensued. It would up being either 50% or 10% of the reported number.

And even on the "HOT, HOT, HOT" superposts, recently, I've not seen over 200 upvoats. Which makes me wonder....why us?

we have the time and we've seen too much shit to let it slide. Julian Assange, Edward Snowden (and Chelsea Manning) made real sacrifices to get information out. I was not a 4chaner so those guys picking up on the weird pizza language are also heros.

I'm mixed on this whole subject. It is purely hypocritical to think that JA was a "patriot", while ES and BM were traitors. There is a subtle difference:

1) JA is not a US citizen and 2) JA did not steal the information/intelligence.

ES compromised some pretty serious programs, likely resulting in lives and billions of dollars. I'm still not sure if he was a Russian agent, or part of some bigger plan. Given what we know, as proven daily, the NSA has been on the side of good, generally speaking. ES could have been part of a long game.

If the "insurance files" span a decade, then it's reasonable to say this was the long game.

And in retrospect, BM/CM was probably another MK plan with some BPA'd + SSRI snorting 35 Foxtrot that was "triggered" to execute a plan.

Oh, and this seems completely innocuous, but did you know BM/CM used to work at: http://incrediblepizza.com/family-fun/ipc/

Seriously, I didn't see anything there.

I think that JAs fear of being extradited to the US is real, so being holed up constitutes a sacrifice. Being Australian should have protected him but it didn't. Clearly the pedo business spans the globe, and US influence is persuasive, so he knew he wasn't safe. I doubt ES is a russian agent. His plan wasn't thought out well enough to have russia support, and he could have leaked it to someone directly in Russia for release, and I'm not sure what damage has been done (aside from exposing capabilities). The push back we are experiencing proves that all of this is very real, so ES had a valid point and treatment of prior whistleblowers was a problem. As far as I am concerned seeing your country not behaving as you were raised to believe is motive enough to want to expose wrongdoing. Anyone who speaks out gets terrorized, sibel edmonds, even kay griggs, The wrongdoing is bad but punishing those for speaking up is worse.

I don't think JA has much to fear in the US, once the dust settles. It's too volatile here right now. And probably 50K XBT out there for his head. He's better off staying put for a while longer.

Cuy and lechon aren't so bad after you've eaten the trash this planet has to offer.
