You don't need tor, that's something different, for trying to maintain privacy.
You only need a torrent client. If you're using linux, "Transmission" usually comes pre installed on many linux distributions.
If you're using windows, there's a ton to choose from. Utorrent, for instance.

Not utorrent .. Its terrible now. Qtorrent is okay
