Does that mark show up anywhere else in all this? Like are there any other relevant pictures of kids similarly marked, or of kids with that part of their arm seemingly covered up (e.g. with a bandage)?

Some say the mark resembles a slice of pizza.
I say she was likely leaning over the edge of the boat.
