I'm 90 percent sure this is Jorge Puello Torres and he's a CIA agent. Research all of this and the company he works for. Just think about all the charges this guy has had and how we was wanted for sex trafficking and still was able to defend a child trafficker meanwhile he wasn't a lawyer. Then disappears after and is never to be found again.
