my view is a little different....Comey folded at the time to not allow the DOJ or president to pardon her early. new DOJ is now open to do as they please.

if he had recommended in July, they could have had it all wrapped up as "not guilty" or pardoned by Oct

then he pulled that stunt in late Oct to tilt the election....even the DNC blame him for it

I think Comey has turned on the Clintons and is going to recommend very very soon
