There's pedophilia rampant in Hollywood according to many past reports, but even if she was sexually abused I don't think this would be specifically pizzagate related.
She's 48, which is ancient by Hollywood actress standards. Despite being very attractive for her age and a fairly decent actress, good roles are probably drying up faster than her ovaries. I think she's be at the stage where she'd do just about anything to get in front of a crowd, kiss up to crazy Hollywood producers crazy lefty political beliefs, get her name in the papers and get some positive press, etc.
What is highly coincidental however, is that IMDB lists Trafficked as her latest movie: which is literally described as the following:

Seeing that description did make me go woah for a split second, but I think that's a coincidence.
