Just two things to say or ask. First if you're not doing anything illegal then why are you deleting your posts, and second if you're not doing anything illegal then don't worry dude you're good... you can say what you want = freedom of speech. But actions are when it goes into illegal.. so hopefully you're correct that you're not a criminal and so have nothing to worry about. That would be the best outcome anyways. No harm no foul.
