About an hour after the camera was repositioned it catches the vehicles parked now police officers normally park when they want to chit chat.. There's 43,200 or so frames for each day so haven't been able to go through most yet.

Why not just DC police. DC police operate like they're a three letter agency. I see cop cars acting like cop cars, but not dressed as cop cars. DC police.
