If we're just talking body parts, then probably the winner of the toughness contest would be the anus, at least from my rather limited observations of online "how far can you stretch it" contests go.
The use of "pussy" usually refers to psychological weakness in general, which is perceived as more commonly affecting women. Not all women; many women are tough as nails. On the other hand, most women are physically weaker then men. Except when it comes to squeezing things out of their nasty bits, of course.
