A few emails are signed at the bottom with the number 322, which was noticed in the email posted here earlier, about Noora Ali, a 10 year old 'divorcee' that HRC was emailing someone about, asking if it would be possible to bring the girl to the US for an education. https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1593609
A second email is signed '322' by a Luis CdeBaca, or 'LOU' as they call themselves in the email, sent to Cheryl Mills. So this number is obviously not used to identify a particular person, but perhaps to designate which side of the business that email pertains to, i.e. legit or evil. This email is about Haiti, Lou says that HRC has asked to be sent an informal paper about restaveks in Haiti. This email explains how difficult it is to prevent trafficking and protect victims in Haiti. I think this particular email has been shared before, but not sure if the '322' designation has been noticed previously: https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/14662

I took a look at the original document on Wikileaks, and it appears "322" is a page number of a much longer report on Haiti. The previous page has "321". You have to open the pdf to see it's the page number though.

Ah I see! I feel silly now. Was the other one about the 10 year old girl a page number as well?

It looked like it -- it was right where the other page numbers were. However, there was only one page of the pdf on Wikileaks, so it's possible it could be something else. It does LOOK like a page number though. Also in that email there are number and letter codes, B5, B6 etc. I believe those were added by State before the email was declassified to show the reasons parts of the email were redacted before release. They refer to different reasons for redaction.
