Yesterday this petition was posted to Voat, and as of now it remains on the front page of v/pizzagate with 350 upvotes. It was tweeted by David Seaman yesterday to his 50K followers here and here. However, the number is signatures in the past 36 hours only rose from 49 to 64.
@kplusk looked into the matter:
I had 10 people sign this petition, https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/immediately-investigate-pedophile-code-language-found-stratfor-and-podesta-emails-released-wikileaks last night & today, but the #s were halted (@ 62). I did some troubleshooting on their website https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/ to see if I could find anything obvious. Anyway, there is an issue w/in their site, so I submitted this screen shot: http://imgur.com/NyJRZbl to https://contactsuwhitehouse.gov/contact to notify them of issue. Also, their site is having a problem with shortened links, so you'll want to use full URL when sending to others.

Strange, the petition for "Immediately investigate the pedophile code language found in the Stratfor and Podesta emails released by Wikileaks" doesn't provide a confirm link in email.
The threshold for getting this petition to show up in search results is 150 signatures, which we surely have by now.
Are they intentionally suppressing this petition? I wonder if Ben Swann would want to look into this.

There are probably criteria you have to meet to be a signatory, such as be a US citizen or currently living in the US or something, and a way of flagging and deleting those signatures that are not legitimate, so someone's probably just flagging tons of them as fake or as all coming from the same IP or something and removing them that way. That's just a guess.

Well he same IP I could see but it only asks for name and email.. so I don't see it being like that, also not sure you can see the signatures to flag them.
