Comey always said "no reasonable prosecutor" would press charges, but he was evasive that there were grounds to do so. This was always the problem, given that Lynch wouldn't recuse. I think Comey has been waiting for an uncompromised prosecutor. Comey and his brother were nearly kidnapped themselves so my gut feeling is that this issue is a personal vendetta for him. The events have unfolded to support this theory so far. I hope I am right. I have a lot of reservations about Trump (his cabinet appointments) Comey taking action will help.

& total horse-pucky. Any reasonable prosecutor would have charged that case as it absolutely satisfied all the elements. Hwv, politicized DOJ wouldn't. Only that part was probably true.

I was told this by an agent in Oct. a week later, Comey reopened the investigation. He didn't have to. so, we'll see.
