Unfortunately during the hearings earlier this month for him to become attorney general, Sessions said he would recuse himself from the Clinton investigation. http://www.cbsnews.com/videos/jeff-sessions-id-recuse-myself-in-a-hillary-clinton-investigation/

That is exactly what he HAS to say. He has to inoculate Trump from ANY appearance of an attempt to prosecute your political enemies, bc that is not what this is about, at all. This needs to be pushed by agents within the FBI demanding the DOJ do somthing after they recommend charges. Trust me, they have plenty of evidence. So this needs to play out as far away from both Sessions and Trump as possible and allow others to do their jobs. Plausible deniability is important here.

+1, thanks for posting this.

And regardless of who prosecutes, so is a trial by a grand jury to preclude political agendas.

They can get a special prosecutor. But Sessions is calling on the Senate to do it. Not sure how it all works.

Last time the Republicans picked Kenneth Star, the same attorney who later got Epstein that honey of a plea deal. Be very careful who you tust.

Star recently resigned from Baylor amidst not investigating sexual assaults on campus.

You can trust Jeffery Beauregard Sessions.

Star was blackmailed or threatened or something. That whole deal was a drag.
