simple, I see a child restrained and bond to a table with tape, suggesting, based on the mans other Instagram photos artwork, and graffiti in the bathroom of the establishment, physical and sexual abuse. In this particular situation I suspect the child was taped down in a way suggesting an opportunity of sexual gratification. I am making a report because as a counselor, teacher, coach, health care worker, police officer, fireman etc. I am compelled by this law right here:
Suggesting an opportunity of sexual gratification ? What?
Does that mean no abuse has taken place yet?
Do you really think that adds up to a case? Graffiti in the bathroom?
How would you answer these questions?
When you call, a trained hotline worker will ask you for:
The name, address, age, and gender of the child.
Who is caring for the child and whether other children live in the home.
The nature and extent of the abuse or neglect, as you know it—and any previous abuse or neglect you know about.
Any additional information that may be helpful.

If you are a health care provider, teacher or a lawyer I'm pretty sure you are a MANDATORY reporter for suspected child abuse = #carisjames
