Honestly, I dislike the guy, not only does he get a shitload of money from people, no, he just repeats stuff that other people found out and wants cash for it... Am I the only person here who thinks that he is greedy? He really believes that 4-5 videos a week in front of his laptop are enough work for him to make a living (4733 until now only on patreon is much more than I would need for a living) whilst other researchers don't even ask for donations on Patreon, Paypal, Bitcoin...

Truth be known, DS just started becoming popular on Youtube 4 months ago when he allegedly got canned by HuffPo for an article he wrote about H Clinton's health. He immediately posted a video after that saying he was pretty much fearing for his life. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHhNr5jeTIw. It was at that time, he became a YT phenom. Before that, he reported on bitcoin and before that, he was on Joe Rogans show a few times. As far as $$$.. Most of his YT $$$ has come since his "I feel threatened" video.

He has over 17m views on his videos which means he's made about 35K so far. Probably 80% of that has come in the last four months. 28K... 7k a month and growing is not bad for what he is doing.

So yes, I agree with you

Yeah and always his "Hi friends" in the beginning - we're no friends you greedy fuck.

I see your point. I sent him the article yesterday and he never got back to me. I actually saw the video this morning via a link on r/conspiracy.

Truth > Money in my opinion. Regardless of his motives, a story that I worked hard to validate is now viewed by a lot more people that might not be Voat members.

you are being very diplomatic with them. They seem jealous, however everything that is being done is voluntary - Cman voluntarily put his face and name in the line of fire, and he has taken a lot of flak for it. If people want to send him some support money, that is their choice. I want to think that our community is strong enough to support outspoken reporters. That said, he is functioning more like a mouthpiece - investigative work on his part would be nice, or more in depth reporting. But these guys choosing to focus on making a negative statement about Cman - I question their choice to spend their time grousing. There's only two of them, they should get a room and moan it up together! lol.

average video being 10-12 minutes (last one 3:56) . So 5 videos a week are 1 hour of "work" per week. So lets be generous and say he works like 2,5 hours/week on this matter. 10 hours a month - 4733 $ / 10h = 473,30 per hour + the other money from BTC and Paypal...

Here's one I'd like to see calculated - Average amount of time you've spent complaining about this vs how much you've spent actually uncovering anything important re: pizzagate?

Haha, how stupid are you? Am I asking for money? Am I doing shitty videos with days old content? Shut up and crawl back into the hole you came out of.
