It seems as though handkerchiefs are seen as healing if they have been prayed over, apparently in the Bible Paul heals people simply by touching a handkerchief which is later put on the sick person, making the well again. It appears to be something some Christians believe, but officially it counts as magic and is wrong: http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/handkerchiefs.html
Interestingly, there is a website called House of Power, that is very occulty, and they sell (or sold) a 'Miracle Handkerchief,' which apparently brings you health, happiness, power, love, etc etc. It is a creepy looking handkerchief: https://jamaicanvoodoospells.wordpress.com/the-miracle-handkerchief/ - this House of Power is based in Jamaica and then provide witchy spell casting services for people. There is another House of Power website, for the 'House of Power Society' but I had to view the cached version to be able to see it, and then pictures weren't displaying etc, but you can see a list of what topics their website covers: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:lzSHFKYIJPoJ:hopsocietyja.com/html/occult-power/+&cd=27&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=safari They also advertise the 'Miracle Handkerchief' and the pages of their website include 'Occult Power' 'Voodoo History' 'Rituals' and 'Practical Kabbalah'
This Professor seems to be the Director of the House of Power society, it's just weird, I doubt it's related directly to Pizzagate, but it does seem to indicate that the handkerchief thing is a part of these secret occult creepy societies. http://professoraba.com/html/membership/
