They had a website on the first video he did
I believe it is https://www.officialstreetpreachers.com. (See this article https://www.washingtonian.com/2017/01/19/anti-gay-demonstrators-are-picketing-outside-comet-ping-pong/ ) On that preacher site it names a man Ruben Israel who does say on his facebook page he is in DC. https://m.facebook.com/?_rdr#!/ruben.israel.5?tsid=0.21183931075967943&source=typeahead))
