This guy has an offense on a 12 year old and he lives closeby to Comet Pizza. http://sor.csosa.net/GenerateBulletinPublic.aspx?id=Zanash%2fZmYV6Dpno3mxYeg%3d%3d Seems it's mostly the darker skin tones that get put on the registry. As someone who's seen how easy it is for a white dude to get off for sex crimes, not surprised.
