Would that be the NCMEC which ended up in a court case because internet companies were using algorithims to match known CP photos and send the related information to the FBI to investigate whenever they popped up online. But the NCMEC (a private organisation) was actually the middle man. The companies (like Microsoft and Yahoo) would send them the information on the CP images; the NCMEC would then analyse the information and decide whether to pass it on to the FBI.
Basically a private company had the power to withold information regarding child porn from the FBI if they felt so inclined.
But it goes further of course, though in another line.
The ICMEC (which Hillary was involved in opening) is the international version of the NCMEC. Koons sits on the board as does a few cronies of the Clintons but there was also a man from Belgium whose 'charity' had seen allegations of rape and abuse. I can't find the links right now unfortunately, I must have saved them on a different computer.
