I don't think they actually spent the night there. If I remember correctly, someone was having a sleepover party but they were starting off at Comet Ping Pong as an activity but were then moving on to sleep elsewhere afterwards.

Correct. It was a kick off to some event that stated at CPP but ended somewhere else.
