The investigation needs to do the same - employ a mirrored backup system. I have commented about this in other threads.
Seafile is a GIT based file syncing application https://www.seafile.com/ which could also be used. If someone volunteers their server, I can help with installation.
I'm not too familiar with Ethereum, but if it supports Linux it should be fine. You want a reliable machine to run Seafile because if that goes down, the syncing function will be suspended until it is back up.

idk if it would be best for the amount of incriminating evidence compiled by the worldwide citizen effort, idk how it would work exactly. Any ideas?
