So this Korean video with the basement story isn't even real? It's a hoax? This doesn't seem right. So if you KNOW a story is a hoax, you still won't delete it?

I don't know if the Korean video with the basement is real or not, as I haven't had a chance to personally research it yet - that's what the community is for (can't research when I'm spending all my time building the site). But yes, if it is a hoax, it will be labeled as a hoax and kept on the site. Why? Because then anytime someone sees or searches for that information, they will see the words "hoax" or "dead lead" (whichever it is labeled as) it will always show. I want this to be a respository of information so people can cross-reference topics and info. A big problem that we experienced on /r/pizzagate and here on /v/pizzagate is that people constantly repost the same information they find (whether it's accurate or not) because they haven't seen anywhere telling them that it is inaccurate or has already been discovered and discussed. By keeping even the hoax posts up in the repository, people now and in the future will always be able to refer to it as a hoax/dead lead. Of course, if the majority of the community disagrees with this practice I would consider changing it, but to be honest I think this is a good method to handle it. Only time will tell.

When I first seen the site, I was for it and felt bad that people were being so rude to you here after you worked so hard. But now something doesn't feel right to me. I guess only time will tell. I hope I'm wrong.
