While cleaning out our inbox on Tumblr, I noticed an ask that asked us to post some security info on Reddit. Seems that sub is now banned, ergo I'm here. If the individual that requested this info to be posted sees this, speak up. Outside of that, I'll be posting the information in groups so you may pick and choose what you wish to use.
I know some will have qualms with the "pomf" hoster due to the meme associated with it, however it's one of the few that doesn't require JS to use or upload/download. If you know another yet similar hoster let me know.
The gist is that these guides help people better secure their information to be more private. It's mostly simple OPSEC and INFOSEC, however some people might find it useful or good to have on hand in case anyone gets a dox threat.
Anti-dox info/prevent dox/clean up your digital footprint.
https://a.pomf.cat/wvfuzk.pdf = The Paranoid's Bible namesake. Anti-dox info + some opt-outs.
https://a.pomf.cat/cndxuk.pdf = The Master opt-out (Moo).Various opt-outs that require misc info. Use the opt-outs in the PB first as they require little to no information outside of a random e-mail address to click confirmation links.
https://a.pomf.cat/ysxmjc.pdf = An internet primer. Basically a how-to better use Firefox for more privacy and security. Very basic and mostly a beginner's guide. Will break quite a few sites.
https://a.pomf.cat/xsixom.pdf = A guide on OPSEC. Considered more of a supplementary guide to the PB.
https://a.pomf.cat/dpniur.pdf = Another supplementary guide that explains how to fill up search results with false positives and garbage data.
Block trackers and ads, prevent some spying.
https://a.pomf.cat/gnhlmd.pdf = Explains daily invasions of privacy and some means to mitigate or prevent.
https://a.pomf.cat/pvztdw.pdf = Explanations on how to prevent meta-data from leaking your information. Means to clean images and some files.
https://a.pomf.cat/qlkbau.pdf = Using Peerblock to decrease and prevent connections to your computer and/or network.
https://a.pomf.cat/gupdsn.pdf = Using Hostman to modify Window's host file and block a plethora of malicious content and ads.
Home Security
https://a.pomf.cat/vioyhs.pdf = Home security and home strengthening.
https://a.pomf.cat/zfgwrx.pdf = Home phone/landline security.
Misc guides that may be of use.
https://a.pomf.cat/aenxgi.pdf = Some misc tips for parents with children.
https://a.pomf.cat/nvnulj.pdf = A guide aimed at artists.
https://mega.nz/#!TUNRDZRJ!JQLlPURocQUceyqiVHoWyl_89snw_ttOhMK9jeBie5w = Internet detox guide.
https://a.pomf.cat/kzloxn.pdf = Guide on how to secure and let go of Skype.
All of these guides and more can be found at our library link: https://paranoidsbible.tumblr.com/library
If any of the pomf links don't work, you can use one of the MEGA links. There are also virus total links on our site, too, to confirm them as being malware and virus free. If you have any questions or requests, just ask! I'll pass it up the chain of command and see if anyone can provide answers or assistance.

Will do. As more are made plain text, I'll add it.

http://pastebin.com/ynz5MR6G https://paranoidsbible.tumblr.com/post/155974355224/paranoids-bible-text-backup
As you can see, the main anti-dox guide has been backed up into plain text. The biggest issue is simply formatting it and ensuring links are copied to the plain text backup. So a lot of back-and-forth between the original document and the plain text.

You're welcome. I won't deny that it's a mess on our end due to trying to keep cross contamination from happening. You'd be surprised how many people get upset over privacy info.

The library page > Misc section > An Android rooting guide.
Outside of that, I'm unsure. Will see if we even have a smartphone guy anymore.

I passed it up the chain of command and we'll be working throughout the week to try upload as many of the PDFs as plain text onto Pastebin. We'll also post copies on the blog, too. Besides that, a few of the PDFs are text heavy and will be slightly modified to be made into plains text. If you check each section on the library link you should find a virus total link for each PDF + their hashes that indicate that they've not been modified since uploading them and their creation besides being virus and malware free.
I'll remake the thread at a later date once the PDFs have plains text cousins. It'll be awhile, however, since several team members are busy with life, as I am myself.

A lot of people are wary of PDF's.

And I doubt the virus total links will calm your nerves? We're working on uploading and making plain text copies as we speak. Most of the team will be offline for awhile and the few people I know that'll be active are busy with other projects. However I'll try and start working on some copies myself. I'll be remaking the thread at a later date once we get all 18 PDFs into a plain text setup.

Excellent post! I cannot emphasize enough how much of a threat this kind of work is to those in power.
Owning a gun and knowing how to use it is also a good idea.

Thank you and as I stated, it's mostly basic OPSEC and INFOSEC.
An ounce of cure is worth a pound of prevention.
