My theory is he has Pence filling his cabinet with the guilty parties and has plan to take them down after inauguration.....he's been doing what's expected of him as he needed to run Republican because they knew Hillarys people had been working on the fix and would steel the nomination anyway. Now he's just hiding out till inauguration.
