The FARM is the only ‘privately’ operated park in the National Park System and portrays a small working class tenant farm in the year 1771.

Why on earth would property such as an old farm and a park surrounding the CIA HQ's be allowed to be privately owned, and managed by a team of hundreds of 'volunteers'?

The FARM is managed by volunteers and it's the reviewers who oddly make up virtually the entire reviewers' list. There’s a movie maker whose review reads, Great Place! Very Well Run and Very Interesting!
