India has a huge problem with organ trafficking. Yunus, who's very close to Clinton, introduced micro-credit, giving loans to the most poor. Abdus Sattar, who has been convicted of organ trafficking, puts the hard word on borrowers unable to keep up their payments and many are forced to sell a kidney.
