1. Why is Pegasus on google maps? Alefantis was rather panicked that it was discovered and wanted Ryan to take the video down. But if Alefantis didnt want the place discovered, why would he voluntarily put it up on google maps?

The alley location is very obscure. With a published location, one can simply google the location and set the gps to it. So, prior to the discovery of the place, when was it googled and what took place on those dates?

In Ryan's threat video, Alefantis tells him the tunnels are for plumbing.

Other Pizzagate researchers have assumed that they are digging tunnels down into the subway below. I think this is unlikely. Instead I believe Alefantis. I think they are installing plumbing.

I find it more likely that they are modifying the drainage.

Why would you need more drainage? Floor drains make it easy to hose off the floor after messy jobs.
