I agree with you on this. There has never been in the history of the world where a stoner would rape/torture/eat children. Matter fact, if you blaze a joint, it is impossible to even hurt an animal let alone a kid. Shit, I can't even kill spiders in my house. Now they're all over the place, they act like a natural pesticide now that I think about it.
