I don't think he himself is into children. He said as much, and I tend to believe him. But he also admitted, in the same Ryan O'Neil convo, that everything else we suspect him of (child trafficking/distribution etc) is 100% true. And I tend to believe him.
I'm convinced he butcher and cooks them for his guest. People keep requesting him to whip up a "Haitian special" or some shit for them to eat. Considering HF and it's involvement with missing Haitian kids. Even his pizza oven has a moth big enough to cook a whole kid. When I worked at pizza hut and other pizza shop, I have never seen a pizza over with a big mouth like that. It's always a flat rectangular inlet barely 5 inch high.
And that walk in cooler, hot damn, I can't imagine what was being stored there before they scrubbed it clean.
