I'm going to have to kill a big part of this thread, sorry. If you go to the website and scroll down to the Blue box with all the names in https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/disclosures/visitor-records scroll through the names and you'll see that it's a very common occurrence for the meeting times to be reported to end at 23.59. It would be my guess that this isn't when meetings actually end but is a way to say that either the meeting ran late, past midnight, or that they were not taking anymore meetings after the one in question. Either way, it suggests heavily that it doesn't mean anyone is staying overnight (otherwise there would be thousands of people doing it). Until I see proof of Alefantis tucking Chris Crocker in at night, I'm saying this one is a no go.
