The meeting was Sept 26 & 27, 2012, not in 2014. Crocker didn't film porn until October 2012, and the film itself wasn't published until 2014. It seems likely that the meeting was pitching some other film project.

When you said film I assumed you meant the documentary. Generally, published is not used with films or pornos. You release a film or a video. You publish a book or a magazine. So I thought you were using some other meaning
