Senator Sessions' Attorney General confirmation hearing - Dianne Feinstein the Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committees first question was about human sex trafficking of children (pizzagate)

“1/10/2017 10:51 a.m. Feinstein began her questioning of Sessions and discussed a law Congress passed last year that created a fund for women who are victims of sex trafficking to receive comprehensive services including abortion.”

CBS leaves out that Senator Feinstein specifically mentions girls aged 12-14, not so much women.

Though Sen. Feinstein goes on to frame the question with abortion rights, I thought it an incredible coincidence in light of the pizzagate citizen investigation.

I agree, it is questionably relevant.

Though, it was such an odd way for her to frame the abortion argument. And, as I was watching live, it was the last place I'd expect to see D.C. mention anything about the sex trafficking of minors.

The exchange lasted a few minutes and then changed course, it was...odd.

And seeing what might be coming down the pike Feinstein knows right now is the time to loudly proclaim herself a protector of the children.
