Well, I can't understand anything they're saying, but looking at the words you listed, it could be german.

It's not german. Only "den" is.
Isthland may be a car licence plate? google gave me that: 14 ISHTLAN Used Mercedes-Benz C-Класс 190 D 2.5 MT (90 HP) Michigan (MI) 1997
ADD: How does licensing in America work? On reload here are more ISHTLAN-plates. Why is that?
