Did David Seaman say the FBI is investigating this? I didn't hear that. If he didn't, then this is a bad thread title.
The FBI would come into the picture, I think, because the calls were interstate calls. But that doesn't mean they are actually doing anything, only that they would have jurisdiction to do it.

yes Seaman did say it - sorry dont have the exact time, maybe 1/3 through?
