Even if this leak is completely forged, it's certainly in the realm of possibility. I wonder if there is any meaning behind Jeff Session being the first cabinet nominee to have hearings. I hope it's because Trump wants to replace Lynch first thing to let the FBI finally do their job. I have never paid attention to cabinet nominees much less in which order they are appointed before but I looked back and Obama didn't even nominate Holder until Jan. 20th.
If Sessions sticks to that, he can't interfere with the investigation in any way so he will have to let it run its course to maintain impartiality. I think that's brilliant probably, I guess we'll see how it plays out.
A slick move to dodge any heat for confirmation, reason is they're going to use a special prosecutor. Democrats got tricked. And rinos. Can't stump the Trump (and his buddies).

Session testified today that he would recuse himself from any and all Clinton investigations.
