On the background, you can see James Alefantis' building: Pegasus Project. He owns the building through Castellum Achilles LLC. Interestingly, castellum means watchtower in Latin. It looks just like that too: a watchtower over a playground.

As many people noticed, just around the corner you have this graffiti that says KIDS and what looks like arrows.

Apparently, the graffiti doesn't end there. You can see a lot of arrows coming from the place where the graffiti starts. It's only visible from the corner because this was painted between May 2014 and August 2014.

Just across the street, following the arrows, it seems to end here. What does it all mean? Why did these arrows appear around the same time Alefantis moved into the neighborhood?

Apparently, whoever did this never thought about Google Street View. If you don't know about it, you may be bold enough to do this kind of thing. Whoever did it, probably never imagined thousands of people would be looking at it either.

Great shit, who would of thought they'd have a real life map marked out on the street but hey everything else is right in our face! Wonder what sick reason the manhole is for!
