Albright > Korbel School > Claude D'estree > Monica Petersen

As many of us already know Claude D'estree worked for Dyncorp during their infamous Bosnian trafficking time period.

Claude taught at Korbel school of international studies, that's where Monica Petersen was from. The school is named after Madeleine Albright.

The school and Claude (via his CV) are clearly very very deep state. My question is how does Monica Petersen and Haiti fit into that picture.
