I've never understood why everyone is convinced it's a code word. Do you really not think it makes sense as a joke that "ha ha, this place claims to be a gourmet pizza place but actually they use cheap shitty ketchup instead of tomato sauce in their pizza!"? To me it makes way more sense as a joke along those lines than as some kind of secret code.

If it is a joke, it's a bad joke. Not even the pedo audience laughed. She has plausible deniability, yes. But in context of everything else, asking for a thumbs up of who has had the "special kind of pizza", called the "hottie", is suspect.
