432, I completely agree with you. I actually made a thread on this awhile back.

Here's a video showing the sewers of what was originally Tiber Creek outside the White House. The size is equivalent to tunnels.

Then if you see this photo, and the absurd number of manholes, you gain a grasp of how large the sewers below actually are.

This guy made an overlay map showing that Broad Branch directly undercuts CPP. The hatch behind CPP's carpark may potentially lead to the sewers, too.

I did some searching on here earlier for tunnels but did not notice this research. Clearly consistent with my findings, and a good effort. Let's get some more eyes on this.
